Since 1929, the Association has played an active role in the development and growth of the 23rd Street area into the thriving community that it is today. The Association is the voice of the local business and residential communities, advocating for our members on issues critical to the economic vitality and quality of life within the area and throughout New York City.

We are dedicated to the success and well being of each and every one of our members. In addition to the activities and programs that we offer, the Association advocates for and represents business interests and issues affecting the community. We provide the environment and resources to help all of our members thrive through a proactive working partnership with all levels of government and community organizations to achieve a healthy local economy and quality of life.
